TOURING : Coldplay

It was with the servicing of Coldplay's latest single 'Princess Of China' last Sunday that the team at EMI dropped a hint that a tour announcement from British supergroup Coldplay wasn't too far away - and lo and behold...
Yes, Chugg Entertainment is bringing Chris and the boys to Australia in November this year for a treble of huge stadium dates that are sure to whip fans into a frenzy.
Sadly, Perth and Adelaide miss out this time around, with dates only announced for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Still, the band is excited to make the trip down under.
"We can't wait to get back to Australia this November," lead singer Chris Martin said in a statement announcing the tour. "It's such a special place for us. These venues are pretty huge, the Aussie crowds are always incredible and we'll be bringing everything we've got. It's going to be big."
Supporting the band for all three shows are homegrown success story The Temper Trap, whose self-titled album is released next Friday, and US sister act The Pierces.
Tickets for all three dates are on sale on Friday May 25.

November 13 : Melbourne (Etihad Stadium)
November 17 : Sydney (Allianz Stadium)
November 21 : Brisbane (Suncorp Stadium)
